Size of slimline dvd covers?

I used coverxp to print my dvd covers but they only have the option single or splitted for dvd's and none of those fit into my slimline cases so does anybody know the pixel measurements for slimline cases?

Couldn't tell you pixel size.. But in inches, I usually use ~10.5-10.6 x 7.1-7.2.
