I've got a Video_TS folder when I converted an AVI to DVD format.. but I didn't use the subtitles.. My subs are in SRT format. What app should I use to add the subs? and if I just want to change the menu alone of the DVD ? can that be done as well..

You can add subs in using IFOEdit - look it up in the tools section, then scroll down for guides on how.
Personally, I think it would be easier to download the demo of DVD Lab Pro, import your VOBs (let them demux), add you subtitles, then create a new menu and author a new disc.Read my blog here.
