  1. i've tried every method i can stumble upon to convert this dvd to divx, however the conversion always ends up glitchty at certain points (i.e the video will go back a few frames, ect) and yes, i checked the disc out, it's not scratched to the point where it should be doing this....i think it may have something to do with the "follow the white rabbit" special feature included in the disc....just curious if anyone's been able to properly convert this dvd, and if so, how? I've already tried fairuse wizard, i've also given a stab at the "manual" methods....i.e. loading vobs into DGIndex, outputting a d2v file, ect......i noticed in fairuse wizard that the dvd has 2 video streams, i tried to convert both streams and ended up with identical results both times....

Might try isolating one title using shrink to reauthor (with no compression) or checking other threads for ways to do the same thing in decryptor.

In DGIndex might double check, experiment with pulldown settings, rendering short test (including prob scene) to avi. Make sure field order isn't scrambled/reversed. And might try unchecking the box in DGIndex for correct fields.

  3. i'll give the dvdshrink method a run, it didn't really cross my mind.....i know it's not the other things you mentioned though, field order, ect........because basically the movie will play fine throughout then when it hits a proplematic part of the video, the video pixilates and goes back like a half second.....it's more of an annoyance than anything....
