    Is there a prog like ISO Buster but instead of extracting all files from an ISO file.
    It extracts the files contained in a setup of an exetubable?

    Sometimes Winrar can do it, but not all executables.

    Alternatively, you can install it, copy the installation folder, then uninstall the program. You won't be able to get all the files that way though.
