    I currently use CCextractor to pull closed caption data out from video files but just realized that it doesn't work with the CC data that is in a userdata packet carried in the h264 elementary stream. Anyone know of a work around with CC extractor?

    Pretty sure CCExtractor only works on MPG files.

    I have not worked much with CC on H264, but SFAIK the info can be de-muxed from the stream. All my old methods for capturing CC no longer work with digital broadcasting.

    How exactly is this stream obtained?
