Feedback - add baloon tips to 'new comments' field ?

Hay everybody.. .. I've got yet another Feedback idea

It struck me when I was viewing the main page and I saw the new
comments for DVD43 tool. I thought.. what a wonderful idea it would
be if you could hover the mouse over the new comments and a
(brief) text of some comments (like the History is a good ex) comes
to view. I (would) like to read the comments if they were to come up
in the main page's Latest Video Tools listing. Then, if the comment
of the tool strikes my interest, I might click the new comments link
and read further, etc.

Currently, on the main page, where you have the Latest Video Tools,
and by hovering the mouse, you have the following views:

** Tool Details ------------ (brief)
** History ----------------- (longer details)
** Comments (like History) - (brief or longer details) -- to be added ?

(if its not too much trouble) I think its a good idea, and worthy of
cosidering implementing. Do others 2nd, 3rd or 4th that ??

I added the latest comment as a tooltip/onmouseover popup on the front page list.

I wonder if what I am seeing on the front page was the intended result. I am seeing all, and I mean every, time a new version or a new comment was made about the tools that are listed on the left hand side. The top most tool currently listed "Dr. Divx" has one entry for new revision. The last entry at the bottom of the page looks this way:

Is this what was intedended? Because it makes for an awfully long page. I prefer the old way better of just listing one "new version" or "new Comment".
