    If i convert DixX movies into DVD, what i the filesize ratio i should consider. I want to maintain as much quality while converting to DVD so if i have a DivX movie of roughly 1 GB, how many MB should the resuktant DVD video be?

    THERE IS NO RATIO!

    If you want as much quality as you can, get a bit-rate calculator and use the run-time to figure out the bit-rate for the encoder!

    Well, forgive me for being so misinformed. How do i use a bitrate calculator? Does the concept of using a bitrate calculator apply on to DVD's and DivX or does it apply to video conversion as a whole?
