Okay, first VCD.
I took my dvd-rip divx of The Matrix and encoded it with Panasonic's MPEG-1 Converter, then burned with Nero. When I played it on my dvd player it had terrible blockiness. I have someone else's screener VCD which is better quality than my dvd-rip divx.
Secondly, SVCD...
I followed the tutorial on the left for Cinema Craft Encoder SP 2.5 (resizeing in VDub). I think the encoding came out fine, never did test it. But after i did the "pulldown.exe" and "BBMPEG" I got a slow motion jumpy effect going on. Not to mention the audio screws up in the process. At least the VCD was watchable if you could look past the blocks.
I need some help...PLEASE!!!
My source are dvd-rip DivXs in: 576x240, 576x340, 640x272, 640x352, 720x368, 720x352... Another words there all a little different.
My current attempt at conversion is a dvd-rip divx, i tried putting in TMPG and making a XVCD but it was ntscfilm and the bitrate is grayed out along with the option of VBR.
