Hi !
I've been trying to make a dvd rip. First ripping with smartripper, then creating the audio and d2v file with dvd2avi. Then i load all the stuff into tmpeg and select vcd pal template and set to highest quality. It gets blocky as hell ! A friend of mine uses the same settings but gets almost no blocks, please help me
What am i doing wrong ?
