I have a Image, it plays prefectly fine on my computer but when I got to burn the image to DVD it comes up choppy on my TV. Why does it do that and how can I fix it?

Without any real details being provided, I would say crap media is the cause. Other possible causes include the bit rate being too high, and crap media.

How can you fix it ?

    1. Only buy good media http://www.nomorecoasters.com is a good starting point

    2. Tell us exactly what you did to create the disc

    3. Read the What is DVD section at the top left of this site, then make sure yours complies

Most video files will play fine on a pc because a pc can play any framerate .

    Dvd player's dont .

I would check what the framerate is first using a few tool's available here onsite in the tool's section .

Dose your player support the playback of both Pal and Ntsc format .

I don't think it supports PAL. And which program should I use to check the framerate. and what should be the right framerate.
