Pinnacle 500 USB

Hi !

I have recently brought a Pinnacle 500 USB solution because I want to transform some video tapes that I have to DVD. I was told that this is the proper solution to my problem. So far, so good!!
But when I installed Pinnacle Studio 10 it was too much for my pc. It loads in about 2 min. and when it is loaded it crash. I tried to use the 9’Th version of Studio but I can’t make it work: it doesn’t find the driver for sound device (I only have the system default driver and not the 500 USB drivers for sound).
My request is that if anyone of you has ever found this kind of problems could he tell me witch was the solution and second: witch is the proper software solution for using this 500 USB hardware solution.

Maybe if you update your pinnacle studio software , it shoudn't crash.

I updated my software but still don't found how to configure for sound...
