Hi,
Newbie to ripping, looking for a one click solution to take dvd's to divx. Has anyone tried ImTOO? I've read mixed reviews, so folks are having trouble with audio sync, others love it. Only real review I can find is http://www.tech24online.com/tech24/2006/01/21/review+Of+ImTOO+DVD+Ripper.aspx appreciate any ones help before I purchase it.
Only requirement is few clicks as possible and using avi container with divx (xvid would also be ok) encoding.
thanks
Mike

Over to your left is a menu. One of the options is Tools. Click on this, and you can search for tools by conversion type, function etc. Each entry tells you about the tool's functionality, where to get it, and has a user rating from people at this board, as well as comments and feedback. Worth a browse. I suspect you will find that there are a number of free alternatives that will do a much better job than most of the rubbish published to the unsuspecting masses.
Start by looking at programs like Super and AutoGK and DVD2Avi.Read my blog here.
