Changing the default soundtrack that plays..

I'm backing up a DVD that for some reason has the default soundtrack set as DD2.0. Why???? There is also a 5.1 track on the disc and I would like this to be played by default instead (and remove the DD2.0 track)
I seem to remember this could be done in ifoedit but could anybody tell me if this is the case and how to do it? Or if there is an 'easier' way..
