how to merge 2 different avi files

I have 2 avi files with different audio sampling rate, 32000 Hz and 48000 Hz.
If i try to merge the files with nandub then I get next error:
avi files have not the same audio sampling rate.
On which manner can I make both avi files working at the same sampling rate ?

https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?p=1437011#1437011 or similialrialr. both must have exact same audio settings. under audio->sampling rate chnage to 48 and save and then join it with the other clip.use also video->direct stream copy.
