Anyone here know how and what program to use to rip Karaoke discs so they can be used in the Karaoke player?

CD+G or DVD? CD+G require a specific CD Rom that reads CD+G. DVD is ripped as usual.

What have you tried so far?
Copy it as a data disc, but you have to make sure that the file layout and structure are changed, like alphabetizing files that shouldn't be in that order.snappy phrase

Try the discjuggler demo, but I am not sure, if it will work.
