    Hello,

I'm trying to convert this video , to AVI (The best quality), in order to use this in Premiere.

I tried to use VirtualDub, but got an error

    How to convert this?

Well, load it in VirtualDub, save as uncompressed AVI (huge file!) or use something like huffyuv other uncompressed codec.

... or install the Panasonic DV Codec and save it as DV in virtualdub.
    If in doubt, Google it.

I installed this (In C:\pdvcodec), right click on the INF file and selected the 'install', but still have the same error in the VirtualDub program.

    What to do?

    Boy that's a noodle-scratcher

If you installed this https://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=XviD_Codec then virtualdub should open your file.
    If in doubt, Google it.

Thanks - it seems to work. How can I change the ratio to 3:4 (To fit a PAL TV)?

It is already the correct aspect ratio (and resolution) for PAL TV

If you look at the G-Spot output it says 720 x 576 @ 25 fps - PAL specs
