I'd like to encode to xvid several "episode" DVDs [like the complete first season of ...] to their own respective xvid avi file, in other words, I want each of the episodes (I'm assuming its own title set?) to get encoded to its own avi file. What method do you all recommend to accomplish this? I should also say that if at all possible, a batch method would be preferred. Finally, my favorite format is mkv just because I love ogg audio. Thanks!

I do this using a combination of DVDDecrypter in commandline mode via a DOS batch file to rip the episodes (and only the episodes) in IFO mode, then I use AutoGK and batch encode.
If in doubt, Google it. -
When it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!!
