  1. I have tried to make a VCD out of a AVI file. I started with changing the format to mpg1 with TMPG and this works fine. Then I made a .cue and a .bin file of it with VCDImagerGUI, then I burned it to a CD-RW and this to worked just fine.
The problem is that when I try to play it in my (standalone) DVD player (that should be able to play VCD) it's says "NO DISC FOUND".
    What could be the problem?

    I really appreciate all answers!

there could be alot of different things causing your problem, like, does your player support cdrw's, need alot more info, what setting did you use in your conversion, what program did you use for the conversion, why did you create a cue bin file, what burning program did you use, etc.
