SVCD2DVD is built against .Net 1.1 - so that is the requirement. I have not tested it against 2.0 and will not be able to build against it until I have finished a critical .Net 1.1 project I am working on.
SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

Programs compiled against .net 1.1 will only use the 1.1 libraries. To test against 2.0, you have to compile the program with visual studio 2005. Unless you uninstall 1.1, programs compiled against 1.1 will still work regardless of whether 2.0 is installed.
