I think this would be the best forum for this since it's an encoding card.
For some reason the card will only work with a monitor (15" BenQ LCD) or using the TV out feature. When I hooked up the TV out first and then the LCD the ATI properties page lists no monitor being installed and when I hook up the monitor first it'll work but then won't give any tv out.
Thanks for any info. I'm completely baffled as to what's up with it.

Have both hooked up when you make the settings.
You are making a dual monitor Windows setup. Use the steps in the manual.
Settings are found in Display Properties - Settings - Advanced Settings
If you have the drivers installed properly you will see the ATI Menus.
Go to the "displays" tab and follow the manual.Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.

That's actually where I'm at now and have been running into troubles
Under the Displays tab Monitor is greyed out (along with FPD) and only TV is selectable.
I did have both the monitor and TV hooked up however the monitor was hooked up after the PC was booted on this time (however I believe I've gone through every concievable setup option)Day Dreamin' about John Waters...again.
