Well I was happily compiling a video with DVD menu (read a tutorial on how to do that here).

    So I had like:

    1 video BEFORE the menu
1 menu with a video as background (should repeat itself)
3 videos set as "chapters" and set as "return to menu when they are
    done"
3 Menu links (motion), moved the 3 vids into the links

In the program it all works fine, but when I save it (tried MPEG and .AVI (DivX)) the movie just continues, so it shows:
intro movie, the "menu movie with the links like 3 PIP videos. The menu does not repeat itself, and is not clickable.

does anyone know what to do?

You can not simply tell it to make an MPG2 or DIVX!!!! You tell it to compile and burn the DVD. You will have to have a DVD/R ready and waiting in the burner. Doing it the way you have done it creates a "video" of the menu which obviously will not be clickable.
No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!

yeah but the thing is: I don't want to burn it on a DVD, I want to upload it somewhere so the ppl who download it can easily see the part of the video they want to.

is there an option to do that?

There's probably an option to create a .iso file or disc image? Use that if you have the option. It's a single file, that's an exact duplicate of what would be on a disc if you created one. Any burning software will support it.
