I have taken dvd video files from differant discs, and put the files into individual folders.
Then I have tried to put all the differant files together using Nero BURN DVD_VIDEO FILES, to make one disc but when i do this, it comes up NO COMPATIBLE FILE FOUND or THIS FOLDER ALREADY CONTAINS A FILE NAME, would you like to replace existing file.
Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong, and give me advice, or is there a softwhare tool that will sort out all the files to make them compatible ready to burn.
Thanks to all that reply.

You can't just cut n copy certain VOBs/IFOs/BUPs and drop them into Nero and expect it to automagically work out WTF you want to do with them. Nero's DVD-Video template is a burning template, not an authoring template.
I'd import each title into TMPGEnc DVD Author (fully fucntional 30 day free trial) and arrange them as you desire, then output, then burn.If in doubt, Google it. -

Sometimes I just have to wonder about some of you guys. If you simply read some of the guides found here we would not be here doing this.
Assembly of videos to create a DVD is called Authoring!
What you are doing, though you think you are not, is data burning. Not even close to what you really need to do to make a playable DVD.No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!
