    Okay I am trying my best to figure this out before having to ask for help, but im stuck...I open TMP and go to setting in the bottom of the window, and i cant get to bitrate, its faded like its unchangable... how do you change the bitrate im stuck

    in tmpeg click on load and go to unlock and open it.
