I was getting a lot of bank ones like that at one point.... Everthing was axact duplicate of the real pages, even the links were correct, the only thiong that differed was the URL and where the login info went..

I manage a spam filter for one of my clients and get 40 or so of these a day. The bank phishers come and go in cycles, but the eBay phishers seem to be pretty persistent. Unfortunately, one of the client's staff took it upon themselves to clear the filter one day, saw all of these emails in the list, so they released them through to the staff. I spent the next couple of days making sure no-one had answered them - at least 5 had and had to change all their details (this was one of their on-site IT support people who should have been sacked long ago).
