Where to buy Tsunami DVD Author outside North America

Hello all, and thanks in advance for any help.

I'm desperately looking for Tsunami DVD Author, even a downloadable version would be fine but the official site only sells the boxed one (actually, links to resellers) and I can't find a shop to buy it from here in Europe. Can anyone suggest a shop that can delivery to Italy?

Thank you. Actually, Tsunami DVD Author seems to be avaiable only in retail box. Version 1.6 of the "old" TMPGEnc DVD Author is available for download but lacks at least one feature, the ability to cut at any point in the video flux.

However, I did visit the Web site a couple of weeks ago and he Pro version of Tsunami wasn't released yet, so I didn't know it was for download too. I'll have a go at the demo version and see if it's fine.

I currently have v1.6 and it only cuts on I-Frames. That is about every 15 frames, depending on GOP length. I'm not sure if the "pro" version is more accurate or not.

Yes, the Pro version is frame accurate. You can cut on any frame you want. Not only that, but it doesn't reencode the whole video after you're done editing, it only reencodes the parts that need to be and this is called "smart rendering." This saves quite some time during the process of the DVD creation.

The only thing stopping me from upgrading to the DVD Author "pro" version is having that annoying restriction of internet activation.The original TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6 doesn't use this method of activation,so I'll be sticking with it for now.
