  1. Hello all i am having a problem afte i finish making the dvd and try to burn it it gives me this error mess

    Write error at 16 (16) - Code 05 30 05 [Illegal request, Cannot write medium, Incompatible

    any help as to why and how to fix this would be appreciated. thx

    What are you using to burn the disc with? Try a different burnig software. Or it could be bad media, try a different one.

  3. Hello thx for the reply. I am using TYG02 matrix.Ii have tried other media and a diff burner and i still get the same error. I think it has something to do with the way tthe files are being mastered. the movie plays fine on the pc but i cant put it on disc.

    Did you try a different burning software?
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

    The media is good, I've had that error before but used different burning software and it worked. Also maybe try burning at a slower speed sometimes that can cause problems with different media.
