    Hi guys,
    I have a dvd with my digital pictures, they are many thousands but my player only accepts 1500; the player only understands 1500 jpg's.
    Anyone had a similar problem ?

    Each player will have it own limits based on it's own design. There is no standard for this, so whatever each manufacturer does is up to them.

    I had tens of folders but it only recognized 1500 pictures in total. Odd !
    So is this common and cannot be workarounded ?

    Look up the manual for your player and see what it says. If it doesn't give a work around, then yes, that's the limit
