    is there a possibility to get the audio gain option working again?
    for example a new mencoder-build if it exists, or to manually fix it somehow...

    i installed the old ffmpegxbinaries, but the audiogain still doesn't work. is it possible that it is a bug in ffmpegx?

    with ffmpegX 0.0.9s it works just fine...
    so the bug must be somewhere in the t-version...

    i use Xvid with crop, high quality, two-pass encoding, trellis quantization, qpel, bilinear and audio gain of course^^
