    I am trying to make a PAL SVCD out of a NTSC 29.97 NTSC XVid source.

    Is it possible??

    Can I do it with Virtual Dub and TMPGEnc??

    If so how and will it be any good and not jerky??

    How do I do with the sound I have GoldWave 5.06??

    Errrr! Why do you want to do that? Most DVD/VCD players in Europe will play NTSC and most TV's will accept it, and if it's being played on a computer that won't care what system it is.

    You have to know more about your video before you or anybody else can give you any decent answers. Is it 30i or 24p? If it's 30i, is it telecined?
