well its been a while but i need some help again, I have a couple of MPEG2 files I want to put on DVD with a simple menu, but after authoring with Nerovision express I have been unable to play on any of my 3 dvd players?(plays ok on the pc under media player) The MPEGS are both over 2gig,(2.15 & 2.18) and when i was using Nerovision an error message came up stating the dvd may only be playable under windows?
is there a way i can author a dvd image and then shrink using DVDshrink to fit the project onto one dvd-r? I have tried only using 1 MPEG and only using 1 disc per file but had the same problem? is the 2gig+ file a problem?I have used Nerovision before to create all my home dvd's and I use Vegas to capture and edit to MPEG2 with no problems. I am about to download TMPGEnc DVD Author and give that a go! Hope one of you guys can give me some ideas??

I think you have taken a step in the right direction by ditching nerovision in favour of TDA. I suspect you will be alright now.

Hey I downloaded TMPGEnc DVD Author and have found it a great program! I was able to put my 2 MPEG2 files together into one ISO image and then play around with them in DVDshrink. Now I just have to burn to DVD!
This is exactly what I have been trying to do. Anyone out there struggling with Nerovision Express I would strongly suggest you give TMPGEnc DVD a go!!
