main menu music, nerovision express 3

Hi
Can somebody tell me how to install background music in the main menu using nerovision express 3?
My DVD has a main page displaying 12 chapters.

I have imported the music and can play the music, but when i view my DVD (before burning) there is no background music. I have been all day on this and cannot work out how to make it play.

any help is appreciated,

When reviewing the menu setup:
Did you do the following?
Edit Menu ->Background Selection ->Add Audio File

Yes I have - edit the menu- background, inserted a picture into the custom picture box and imported a song into the audio box. The picture is visible and the song is in the audio box. I can click on the song to highlight it but is there another step to select it??????

What do you mean by view before burning? Are you talking about the page in NVE with the remote and preview window? NVE can be so buggy you can't trust that. The only real test is to play it with Power DVD or the like. Don't put a disc in your burner, then you can burn to a folder and open it in Power DVD.
