    is this possible? cuz my comp's monitor is not meant for tv use but i was wondering could i be able to hook my ps2 on my comp screen?

    ps it doesnt have ne input/outputs cept the power cable to connect to the power supply on the back of the comuputer

    With your setup no. You'll have to spend your money and get a TV Tuner Card with Audio/Video Input.

  3. Or get a VGA box. ABout $79 from Viewsonic or Planar.

    Ps2 games aren't written in vga, so expect them to look sort of fuzzy.

  4. Yeah, don't do it. I've got a Dell 2005FPW with s-video in and I ran my PS2 right into that badboy thinking "cool! I don't need my TV anymore!" Fuzzy is an understatement. The native resolution of the PS2 sucks on any monitor. I can set my display to 1:1 and the picture is about the size of a postcard on this monitor (native res of 1680x1050). When I set display to fill the screen, I have to sit about 6 feet away from the LCD before the picture quality approaches that of a TV hookup. Thank god for wireless controllers!
