I have AVerMedia DVD EZMaker PCI capture card with NEC 7130 chip set and since I have upgdaded my WinXP Pro to SP2 I experience picture freezes every second. This is when I do preview only. When I record the preview looks smooth and the recorded stream is fine too. I use Smart Tee filter in order to preview because there is no preview without it. There is no problem with the sound at all. It is just the video. The CPU is not loaded at all.
I did not have this problem before the SP2.
I'm with directX 9.0c. I'm not sure if that came with the SP2.
I'm with VirtualVCR 2.6.9.
Do you have any idea what that can be caused from?
