    what is the defference between 'DIVX MPEG-4', and 'KS-MPEG4 VKI V1', V2 and V3??

    Nothing really. Its just that 'DivX MPEG-4' is the official DivX codec and 'KS-MPEG4 VKI V1', V2 and V3 are just by other companys.
