Hello, I have recently decided to try and convert a dvd to an avi(Xvid) file. The program I am using for this is autogk. I have set it to convert to one cd(700mb). At the end of the process the file size is closer to 1gb. What have I done wrong and how can it be fixed?
Thanks for reading.

try the latest beta version
the file you are trying to convert may have a problem
(not being properly indexed possibly?)
which makes the programs in autogk guage the file length wrongly
if the latest version doesnt help
maybe try setting file size as 500 and hope it hits 700
i think autogk had a problem hitting the correct filesize for me once when i tried inputting 30mbps dv-avi apart from that it has been perfect with all xvid divx mpeg vob sources
