I installed autoGK and it produces good video and sound but it is in black and white... What could be causing this?

The source are dvd vob files. If your talking about the greyscale option in the divx config zone options then it is not checked. I had to reload my PC and reload autoGK. I guess somthing is messed up although I reloaded the software after uninstall
Edit: When played on the PC using Media player -
I suppose you could have the Credits Greyscale Option enabled, and the Credits set to begin with frame #0:

If so, uncheck the Greyscale and Encode Credits boxes. That's not a very likely scenario, though.
To confirm it's an encoding issue and not a player issue, open the AVI in VDubMod and scroll around. If you see color, then it's not AutoGK doing it.
