I have a problem with a certain video file. I want to burn it into a dvd (not as a video dvd, but data dvd) but Nero suggests that I use UDF because it's big (2gb). but when I used UDF, i tried playing the video from the DVD, it doesn't play. I was thinking that i would split the video into two but i don't know how to do that. I was thinking using TMPGEnc Express, problem is, i want to retain it's divx quality into two files of 1 gb each (had no problem from another video file that has a size of 1.5gb)
please help! i want to burn it quickly :P doesn't have any space at hd anymore, gotta delete :P

Try DVD Shrink to squeeze it a bit. DVD blank disc are around 4.3 Gigs of usable disc space.
Quality is my policy. -
What kind if file do you have? AVI? MPG? What? If it's AVI, use VirtualDub to split in two. Womble mpeg VCR (or Cuttermaran) is good for mpg.
