Hey,
I'm trying to backup the movie Hitch, but am running into some difficulties. I usually back my movies up by using shrink, dvdremake v1.4.6, and dvd rebuilder. When I load the movie into dvd remake the movie does not appear, only the extras and junk on the dvd that is not needed. I know my dvdremake is a little outdated, but even with current back-ups I never run into this problem. It's only the select few for some reason.
In the mean time I am going to try and install a newer version of dvdremake, but I hope to get a few responses.
Thanks!

I have had this happen to me too. I assume you ripped Hitch to the hard drive. Use VobBlanker(don't change any of its settings). Then burn to DVD. Free DVD may also work. BobBlanker worked for me. Both tools are free. Before you bun to DVD try playing it on the computer. You will see if the problem has been taken care of. I use PowerDVD to play it on the computer.

I just tired using Vobblanker and when I remove the extras and process the files ONLY the movie will begin to play when I use PowerDVD. I would like to have the menus as the start up screen (like normal), but vobblanker seems to remove the entire start up, only leaving the movie to play right away.
Any suggestions? -
well when i did hitch i used dvd shrink and removed all the bs except for some previews of new movies that plays before the movie. once that was done. there was no compression needed.
