    Is there anything out there that will strip extras out of a BluRay yet? Like to keep the menus if i could and strip only a few extras.

    TsRemux will do the job, but I don't know about keeping the menus

    If the main movie is 1 .m2ts file you could remove it, remux it, and put it back in the folder
