I'm thinking about running my dvp642 in my car with a power inverter. The manual has the standby wattage, but not the wattage while playing a dvd. Does anyone know what the wattage or amps might be?
And has anyone played this in a car? Any skip problems?

From the online pdf the power consumption is approx. <10W.
