  1. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas how to do this. I have already attemped to do this with DVDshrink, however I'm not convinced the disc burnt is fully compatible with all players. When burning dual layer discs, I like to use Recordnow max 7.3, as the results are always very compatible. The problem with the files produced by DVDshrink, is that RNM 7.3 would not burn them (some error - can't remember what it was), so I set DVDshrink to ISO mode and burnt with DVDdecrypter.
What I need is some way of merging the files and then letting DVDshrink do it's job, anyone any ideas??????

Do you want both discs on one DL disc? If so then I would use DVD Shrink on both discs (movie only, no shrinking) Then use re-author mode, import both of the discs you have just created, shrink, output as ISO, burn with DVD Decrypter.

  3. Tried that already, that doesn't produce a very good compatible disc, i need some way of combining the two discs and allowing RNM 7.3 to do the burning as RNM 7.3 has the LB problem licked, DVDdecrypter solution isn't that good. IMO, I have burnt DL discs with DVDdec and RNM before, RNM produces a better disc which works in more devices.

I did exactly that, perfect results. Make sure you writer auto bitsets DVD+R DL to DVD-ROM.

I've joined both discs using DVDShrink onto a single layer disc with excellent quality and no compatibility issues.
