All i'm interested in is a good quality Dolby Surround soundtrack for my VCDs, something Tmpgenc will accept. Any suggestions? I normally use DVD2AVI, and encode the raw .WAV file along with the d2v file with Tmpgenc. The quality isn't outstanding though, any ideas?
