Need some help combining footage

So I have some footage I made in After Effects and can change the frame rate. I encode this to huffyuv and then try and combine mpeg2 footage from a dvd(also huffyuved) in virtualdubmod but it doesn't let me based on different frame rates. Now the fps are like this 23.9670223 vs. 23.9670220. Not exactly but like that whenever I modify either of them in AE or VD the file ends up to be off by a few in the last number place. Virtualdub still doesn't take it. Also when I try to import mpeg2 footage into AE it doesn't let me either(huffyuved) Anyone know how I can combine this all?

You can use AVIsynth and load your footage with the filter .AssumeFPS(23.967) for both clips.
