Is there one program that will grab a selected clip by time code from a DVD, convert the clip to MPEG and compress the file?
If not what is the easiest way to do this?
What file size should I expect for a 4 minute clip (MPEG converted from DVD)
Thanks

DVD is MPEG, MPEG-2 to be exact, and it's already a compressed format. Do a search in the guides section on how to convert DVD to DIVX. I think that's what you are trying to do.
