    converted file to nero to play on dvd or tv. can I reverse it to avi ?

    If you don't have the original file, you can convert the DVD to AVI by looking to the left for "Convert' and find 'DVD to AVI'. It depends on what type of AVI you want to convert to. You will lose quality. If you want to go to XVID or DIVX, you might look at FairUse Wizard as it's easy and quick.

    Yep, I personally like autoGK for this. Take note though that you won't get the quality of the original AVI - any quality you sacrificed in the original AVI to VCD conversion is now loooong-gone
