Sounds like making a picture DVD show. How about putting all the images into a program like Memories on TV, choose page flip for transition, giving 20 seconds or whatever delay per image/page, then authoring to DVD?

All you can do is make still image sequences of each page. Basically, just save it as a bmp and import it into your DVD authoring programs. Yes each new page will be a separate menu.

Make sure your text isn't too small and that your font doesn't have any really thin parts, like little frills on the edges of the letters. Otherwise your text may appear to shake on the screen.

You really can't fit that much text on each page or it gets too small and hard to read.
