I'd bet money on it that he doesn't face trail and execution in the U.S. The safest option is for one of the troops to shoot him, so that he doesn't end up walking arm in arm down the aisle with Jonny Cochran
p.s I think they'll ultimately be far more problems if he was killed, he comes across as very charismatic and hence an ideal matyr for all his fanatics..
