this is how i would do it:

open virtualdub and open the first avi then go to file and click on"append new avi" and load the second one and then save it using "direct stream copy" function.

open subtitle workshop and combine the 2 sub files into 1 file and save as sst file. if sync problems appears use SubSync to sync the sub.

then use your Tmpgenc to convert the avi to dvd

now demultiplex your dvd to elementary streams using vobedit.

load muxman, load your elementary video and audio aswell as your sst file and burn.

i dont know if tmpg encodes to dvd and outputs as elementary streams if it does you dont need to use vob edit

    sorry for the bad english

i think you only need to use virtualdub to join the avi's and subtitle workshop to join the srt's. your tools can do the rest of the process.

    winavi!?!?

i own tmpgenc and winavi and tmpggenc beats winavi any day of the week.

the quality of dvd produced by winavi is not so good(at least to me)

    im surprised Baldrick!
