    Is there any programmes for lazy ppl to encode their video files and subtitle to DVD with the help of user-friendly?

    Avi2Dvd if your source files are not mpeg/vob

    if you already converted them to dvd specs then Muxman is your answer very very simple to use

    all the tools are free
