  1. Hello everybody,

y have full version of Ulead Movie Factory Disc Creator 4 and y want to ask one question.

When y insert file mpeg2 8000 bitrate, does ulead 4 work re-encoding video.
My film has 8800 bitrate and in ulead at default stay 7000 bitrate.

Y dont want to re-encode video, y just want to make a dvd menu.

So question is, will ulead 4 work re-encoding video if y insert mpeg2 file with 8800 bitrate

    tnx

If your video is DVD Compliant, and you want to use it without re-encoding, put a check in that box that says "Do not convert compliant mpeg files"

if your video is dvd compliant, it will use it the way it is as long as you check that "Do not convert compliant mpeg files"

It doesn't matter if the template says 7000. If you check that box, and your video meets dvd specs, it will use it the way it is (no re-encoding).

  8. ok thanks, for 2 hour from digital camera in mpeg 2 with 8800 bitrate, ulead 4 movie factory works 15 minutes.Video is ok, no artefacts, so y am sure now that ulead 4 dosnt work reencoding if you put mpeg2 with high bitrate(in my case 8800)

    thanks
